Supporting an existing idea in the product suggestion forum
To view existing product suggestions, log in to EasyKeeper and click Make a Suggestion in the site's footer. When a you arrive on the product suggestion forum you will see a list of all of the existing product suggestions. You may review the entire list, or use the search function if you are looking for a product suggestions for a specific topic.
Once you have found a suggestion that you want to support, click on the "Vote" button:

We auto-prompt our subscribers every 30 days to help us decide what to build next. This is called SmartVote and it displays in the pop-up widget at the upper right corner of the herd management interface. When you pick an option from the list...:
... you will see the option to "Pick + Subscribe" to an idea. Click that button and you will be added as a supporter:
Create a new idea
You will be added as a supporter to any new ideas you create from the Post you own idea link pop-up widget or from the I suggest you... box in the product suggestion forum.
