Updating credit card information for active accounts


If your subscription is active (paid in full), log into EasyKeeper and click on the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page; Select the "Subscription" tab and the click on the "Edit Subscription" link on the right edge of the page.




Updating credit card information for inactive/past due accounts


If your subscription payment is past due or your subscription has been canceled, log into EasyKeeper and we'll pop up a message letting you know you are past due or canceled. Dismiss that message by clicking outside the message box and the page to update your credit card information will display.
