Customizing EasyList task & activities schedule sending
The EasyList is an email of your past-due and upcoming tasks and activities schedule. It is similar in format and function to your herd Dashboard, and allows you stay on top of what's happening in your herd without needing to log in to your EasyKeeper herd management interface.
Configuring your EasyList sending preferences
By default, your EasyList is configured to be sent on Friday, and includes your tasks and activities for the upcoming two weeks.
To update your EasyList delivery settings, go to Preferences & Settings > Data Preferences:
... Then click Edit (Preferences).
The following customizations are offered:
- Days of week your EasyList is delivered. Select what days work best for you! Since your reminders are generated automatically as you add your animals' information, getting one everyday will help ensure you have the most updated list possible.
- Number of weeks of tasks and activities to be included in the report. You can select to receive up to the next four weeks' of tasks and activities in your EasyList.

Turning off and restarting your EasyList sending
To stop receiving your EasyList, go to Preferences & Settings > Data Preferences > click Edit. Uncheck "Send me EasyList emails. Your EasyList will immediately stop sending.
To turn it back on, recheck "Send me EasyList emails". Your EasyList will immediately start sending based on your sending preferences.

Automated EasyList sending updates
Your EasyList sending will automatically end when your trial has completed or you have canceled your EasyKeeper subscription.
If your EasyList was turned off due to trial expiration or subscription cancelation, it will automatically start sending again based on your prior settings when you start a new EasyKeeper subscription.
