Subscription cancellations
While rare, EasyKeeper may also administratively cancel your subscription do to abuse of the application, malicious intent or licensing violations as detailed in the Terms & Conditions.
You do not need to cancel a Trial subscription; it will automatically expire 31 days after you signed up.
Notification of subscription cancellation
We will send you an email when we are unable to charge the credit card associated with your subscription. After several failed attempts your subscription will be cancelled. Keep your email information up to date in My Account > Account and add "billing@easykeeper.net" as a contact in your email service to help ensure you get these notifications in a timely manner.
Billing
Performing a cancellation will immediately stop your automated billing. There will be no automated refund for the prorated balance of your subscription.
Reactivating a cancelled subscription
If your subscription has been cancelled by you or due to issues charging your credit card you can create a new subscription when you log in using your existing account credentials. At that time you will be asked to re-enter your credit card information and choose a new subscription plan. Your new subscription's billing cycle will start as of the date you created it; you will not be billed for the period in which your account subscription was in a cancelled status. Any special discounts or offers associated with your previous subscription will no longer apply.
You will need to contact EasyKeeper to reactivate a subscription that has been administratively cancelled.
Accessing Data
We will continue to store the data for accounts with cancelled subscriptions for at least 90 days; photos may not be saved. Should you create a new subscription during that period, all data and reminders will be immediately available once you've created your new subscription.
