Subscription upgrades and downgrades
To upgrade or downgrade your current subscription, go to My Account > Subscription.
Billing
Performing an upgrade or downgrade of your subscription will prorate
the balance of your existing subscription and apply that balance to your
new subscription.
- A prorated credit will be applied to your account for the balance of your current subscription. This is not a refund; no money will be returned to you.
- A charge for the full amount of the new subscription will be applied against the balance in your account. If the balance is insufficient, a charge will be made for the difference.
- The billing cycle start date will be reset to the date you performed the upgrade/downgrade.
Accessing the new plan's features
Your subscription will immediately be updated to your new plan. No log-off or restart is required.
Accessing Data
When downgrading to the Essentials Plan from the Performance Plan or 30 Day Trial the data you've entered, reminders you've created and reports for Performance Plan-specific features will no longer be available in your herd management interface. However, knowing that your needs may change, we will continue to store your information should you decide to upgrade in the future; Photos may not be saved.
Upon upgrading, all data, reminders and reports will be immediately available.
