Printing reports, lists and pages

There are many times when a printed copy of an EasyKeeper report, list or page would come in handy, such as the Dashboard to use as a checklist for completing Health & Wellness events if you will be in a remote area, posting the a Kidding Schedule in the barn, or giving a buyer a copy of a doe's health record and upcoming reminders.

There are several ways you can easily print any report, list or page in EasyKeeper using your browser's print function:
  • Use the Print function available from your browser's navigation bar. The example below is of the Firefox File menu on the Mac, which is the same for Safari. In Internet Explored look in Tools, and in Chrome look in the Customize... menu.
  • Use the Right-click function on your mouse, and select the Print option
  •  If you are on a PC, use the keyboard command Control-P, and for you Mac users, Command-P.
Once you call the print function, you will be offered a variety of choices for page formatting and color. For a quick-print job for the barn or fields, you may just want to leave all those at the defaults, but you may want to explore the formatting options, such as removing headers and footers, when printing pages for others.


Note: In the future we will provide the capability print nicely formatted pdf reports and export data to excel so you can customize your own reports.
