To help ensure the security of your data and that of other EasyKeeper customers, please abide by the following guidelines for password/authentication procedures:
- Use a strong password that is a minimum password length of 12 to 14 characters and includes lowercase and uppercase alphabetic characters, numbers, and symbols.
- Don't include dictionary words, personal information about you, such as your User Name, the name of a family member, birthdates, and anniversary dates in your password.
- Change your password any time an employee who may have knowledge of your password leaves your employment.
- Don’t write down your password or save it in an insecure file.
- Change your password if you have any suspicion the password could be compromised.
- Don’t reuse previously used passwords.
- Use a password manager such as 1Password.
