Deleting a template from a batch entry action
A template that has been deleted from the Create Health Event Templates page cannot be re-added. To re-add a template for the health event activity, click the add another health event template link and create another template.
Removing a template in a batch entry action
A health event template can be removed during steps 2 or 3. If a template is removed at step 3, all individual animal forms for the health event will also be removed.
Removing the template works a bit differently than the delete function on the Create Health Event Templates page (step 1) as the template can be restored and applied to the animals at any time during steps 2 and 3, prior to saving the events for the batch entry action. To remove a template, click the "view" carat and then the "remove" icon. You will be asked to confirm that you want to Remove the template.
The template will continue to display in the templates list, but will be inactive, as indicated by the change in the gray font color.
Restoring a template from a batch entry action
To restore a template that has been removed, follow the same steps as above, and click the green plus "Restore" icon. You will be asked to confirm that you want to Restore the template.
When a template is restored, the form will be re-applied to all selected animals, but any updates to the forms that were made prior to the template being removed will not be present.

After a special introductory period for all customers through 8/31/2017, batch entry of health events will be available in the Performance plan.
