Include estimated milk production based on DIM and daily average
Many users have said they do not weigh their milk everyday but want to have an idea of how well their animals are producing. To help with this we display the average based on the daily records added.
Would it be helpful if we were to take this one more step and display estimated production for the lactation based on the daily average x the days in milk -- or project the lactation using a standard lactation curve?

I am with you there. I do not have time to weigh everyday and would like to weigh once a week or even once every two weeks and get an average similar to Langston's method. Maybe even just import straight from their data banks.

This is another great idea! I don't weigh daily - I usually take my weights from Monday milkings and repeat them throughout the week to see where we are at production wise....MUCH like going on milk test....you only weigh once a month and send in samples, not a barn sheet with every weight every milking...maybe talk with the nice lady Eva at Langston to find out how she is calculating things....
