Ability to add Folders for kids when adding a Kidding
Currently you have to go to Add Animal to add a Folder for a kid that was born in your herd. This enhancement will allow you to automatically add a Folder for any or all of the kids when you add the dam's kidding record.

We’ve released our automation that creates herd animal records for the Kids when they are added to Kidding events!
Get more information and watch it in action here: https://www.easykeeper.com/automatically-add-kids-herd-kidding-linking-kids-herd-animals-released
If you are not currently a customer or your trial has expired and you want to give EasyKeeper another try, please email me and I’ll get you set up for a free 30 day test drive.

take the information from a kidding and transfer it to your herd. because you are retaining the kid. it could go under registeration pending

Allow adding new kids to the herd without duplicate entry. Once you record the outcome of the pregnancy, have a button that you click that automatically lets you add the kid to he herd.

When adding a kid to the record of an animal already listed as being in the herd, give the option to auto add the kid to the herd

YES! The sooner the better for this, it's so time consuming to add each kid!

Please, please, please can we get this soon? I manually added all of our kids this year (still have some to do I think) AFTER entering their info under their dam's kidding record. Terribly inefficient and time consuming....if there was a way to enter it once, either under the dam's kidding record, or the kid's individual record and have it transfer the information to the other, that would be amazing and would save a lot of duplicate labor.

Presently I keep a paper copy listing my does in the order they kid with a column to list the tag#, sex, and description for each kid as its born. This way, at a glance I can see who is left to kid. As the season progresses, I can also see which kids are left to sell, as I often sell them before weaning so they're still running around in the herd. This tells me how many kids I still have available if someone arrives and wants 10 doelings, I know if I have that many left. I can also easily spot does that haven't kidded yet so I can pay closer attention to them rather than lose them in the herd.
