Print Pedigree
We need to be able to print a Pedigree in Pedigree format
Also to export the pedigree to csv (many software will allow the csv to be imported)
We should have options to decide what data fields we want to print or export

also be able to click on someone in the pedigree to view and print and export to say csv for any pedigree animal

Perfect for the original pedigree post and EasyKeeper admin post. When these pedigrees are listed, then we need to be able to print/view pedigree showing
* Herd Book
* Registration Numbers
* RGA (percent of purity in the breed)
* for Miniature breeds like Mini Nubian, we need it to show Generation like Generation 1 or Generation 6 etc.Need to be able to print and also to export
