Three sections:

- Treatment Regimen

- Treatment Log
- Observation Log
- Create medication/treatment administration schedule
- Record temperature
- Veterinary Care
- Visit Date
- Doctor & Clinic
- Note on visit:
- Create reminder for follow up visit(s)

This would be a great option. I especially like the "log" idea...entering an individual event for every shot/vaccine/supplement/etc. gets very time consuming, especially when battling a long illness or injury, where if there was an option to enter it on the log it could be entered much more efficiently, and revisited more efficiently if needed.

Out of votes but not out of opinion! This is something that I've needed a lot lately, having had a doe kid with hot spots, and another doe kid that injured herself. So YES! please add this soon! And though there's a place for changing status of a buck to a wether, there's nowhere that says how it was done or by whom.
