Include Identification field(s) on Add Animal Form (such as Scrapie Tag #)
i'd like the scrapie tag option to be listed on the add screen so you don't have to go back in and add it later

It is likely that this would be a user setting included in our planned update to the "Identification module". The updates to the Identification module will allow the user to select what identification type is the "primary" identification for their animals (tattoos, ear tags, microchip, scrapie id, etc.). The primary identification would then display in reports and on forms like the Add Animal form.
